SONY DSCI’ve been working on business systems since 1993 when I created my first database – Microsoft Access for a mail-merge. Since then I’ve implemented and architected enterprise solutions for different industries – Banking, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Distributions, etc. I’ve also managed global projects in different aspect of the business:

  • Managed the implementation of a project management suite that integrated with the financial system and purchasing for AMCAL, the largest pharmacy retailer in Australia. Project Included an implementation of their online timesheet system
  • Redesigned 2 company websites to improve product presentation and   interaction; where visitors can use the product configurator, accurately get the part number and find dealers to fix a product issues
  • An integration with SAP, JD Edwards and Exact Software
  • A Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop Server implementation so users in Japan, UK and Canada can access all enterprise business systems
  • Implementation of Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) and Blackberry
  • An implementation of a new Purchasing system, Global Tax compliance, Fixed Assets, Product Configurator, Deferred Revenue Automation and Multicurrency to name a few.

In 2005 was presented with the Microsoft MVP award and has held this to present. I’m very committed on learning other Microsoft products but that doesn’t limit my learning to other technology. Now I’m trying to learn and get to a level where I can support the following technologies:

  • Business Intelligence
  • Microsoft products like Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server / Microsoft Groove / Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft CRM
  • Data Mining
